Customer Service Telephone & Data, Inc. (CSTD Inc.) will provide service at no additional charge to all customers who 1) are currently under warranty service through the purchase of telephone & data equipment, or 2) have exercised their option to purchase a service agreement on their existing telephone & data equipment upon the expiration of the initial one year warranty period.

This service is available from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.  After these regular business hours, emergency or extended service is available at 1 and ½ times the regular labor rate, with the exception of service on Sunday which will be calculated at 2 times the regular hourly rate.  We have an optional service agreement that will provide 24/7 service regarding critical outage equipment failure at no extra charge 365 days a year.  Critical outage is defined as having one half or more of your telephone system down.

The definition of qualifying service includes all parts and labor associated with equipment failure of a nature not pertaining to lightening, smoke, fire, or liquid damage or damage resulting from physical abuse or from modifications made by personnel other than CSTD Inc.  Service labor arising from these exclusions or any other labor related to moves, adds or changes will be billed at the regular hourly rate.

Another benefit that our Warranty and Service Agreement clients can take advantage of is that CSTD Inc. will provide free user training to our clients forever as long as you have a system purchased from CSTD Inc.
